We are extremely happy to ship to you wherever you live! However, please bear in mind that, using the STANDARD POSGATE option DOES NOT provide tracking information. While we do everything in our power to get your package to you on time, certain factors remain out of our control. Sometimes items get lost or stolen. This is something we are not liable for. So if you feel for any reason that your item might not reach you, we suggest you purchase Registered Post and you will be provided with a tracking information once your item is posted. We charge a one off Registered post fee as set by the Postal Service, no matter how many items you buy.

DOMESTIC
Item/s are shipped FAST!! Usually within one business day and always within two of cleared payment. Once an item is shipped you will receive an email stating it has been shipped. All domestic purchases of $50AUD or more get Free Registered Post.

INTERNATIONAL
Item/s are also shipped FAST!! Usually within one business day and always within two of cleared payment. We ship all our items internationally via Regular Australia Post to provide you with great value. However, this service does not allow for tracking information. If you need tracking please select Registered Post, and once your item is posted we will provide you with Tracking information. There is no point in asking us for tracking information once item has been posted via Standard Post. We charge a one off Registered Post fee, no matter how many items you buy. Once an item is shipped you will receive an email stating it has been shipped. All international purchases of $100AUD or more get Free Registered Post. International postage can take up to 4 weeks to reach a destination.
